About Ms. English

A passion for inclusive education

I fell in love with teaching while working in the life skills room at my high school. My  experience includes working with adults with disabilities, advocating for workplace equity, and serving as a substitute para educator. I am currently in my final year at Western Washington University, pursuing a degree in inclusive education. I strived to bring energy and humor to create a welcoming and exciting classroom for my students!

Individualized approach

I take the time to check in on all my students individually. I meet my student where they're at and adjust  instruction to ensure that each student in my class is making forward progress no matter where they are in their math journey. This personalized approach ensures that every child receives the support they need to succeed.

Open communication

Understanding parents' concerns is a priority. I welcomes meetings and questions, fostering open communication and collaboration. Your insights are valuable, and  I am dedicated to addressing any hesitations you may have about my services. I'm always open to meetings and questions!
